ORDERING INFORMATION Terms & Conditions
Please read below for information on placing your order as well as Butter Block Cookie Shop's terms and conditions.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please fill out the custom cookie order form found here. You may send design ideas, sample photos, your event invitation or photos of your decor for inspiration.
After receiving your quote you will have 48 hours to decide if you would like to proceed with the order, or your date may be given to the next inquiring customer. A full (100%) deposit is required in order to secure your date.
Production on orders will not begin until full payment has been received. Failure to make payment on time will result in your order being delayed or cancelled.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Any changes to your cookie order must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the pickup / ship date. They will be accomodated dependent on availability. Some changes such as quantity and design details may not be possible if our schedule is full. Changes may incur additional charges.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the pickup / ship date and receive a full refund. Orders cancelled 7-13 days prior to the pickup / ship date will be offered credit to put towards a future order.
Orders cancelled with less than 6 days notice will be offered credit to put towards a future order minus a 30% cancellation fee.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that these are handmade items and each cookie will vary slightly from one another. Designs will also vary from any photos provided. All cookies are packaged with extra care to prevent breakage while in transit. We will always try our very best to rectify any issues as best and as fairly as possible.
PICKUPS
All orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. If for some reason you need to change the time of pickup or you will be late you must contact us in advance. We will try our best to accommodate, but can not guarantee that we will be available at additional times before your event. Please keep this in mind when planning your pickup time.
SHIPPING
All cookies will ship either Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service or Ground Service via UPS. Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 business days dependent on the shipping zone but ***DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED.*** Please keep this in mind when specifying your ship date. All customers will receive their tracking number upon shipment of their order.
We cannot be held responsible if a package is shipped out on time but arrives late or is lost en route.
